Stimulus Funds Build HOV Lanes in Pierce County

$47 million in Stimulus funds will be used to build HOV lanes between the Port of Tacoma road and the current end of the system, just across the county line.
Since the extension of the lanes from Federal Way to the county line already improved congestion, this should hopefully dramatically improve or eliminate the current evening backups in Fife.
