Seattle Mayoral Candidate McGinn Wants Westside Light Rail

Washington Seeks TIGER Funds for Major Projects

Washington is applying for grants for the following projects: SR 520 Floating Bridge Replacement Columbia River Crossing US 395 North Spokane Corridor All of these projects are major billion dollar projects that are vital to transportation in Washington.

Eastside Transit and HOV Project

I-405/SR-167 Tolling Study

http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/tolling/eastsidecorridor Proposal to add limited access HOV/HOT lanes, enhanced interchanges and BRT to the I-405/SR-167 corridors. Not only would this provde an alternative to I-5 for North/South traffic, it would add options to one of the most congested corridors in the state.
