Secretary Hammond Pushes to Renew the Highway Trust Fund

The Highway Trust Fund is the government pot of money used to fund roads and rail construction and updates. Known as SAFETEA-LU, this pot has been drying up for years, which will result in dire consequences for transportation in the United States.
