Seattle City Council Wants to Delay Viaduct Agreement

The Seattle City Council plans to delay agreements related to right of way and utility work until they see bids submitted later this year.
While I understand the City of Seattle’s concerns regarding this project, it does need to move forward before the problems with the current viaduct worsen. Hopefully an acceptable compromise can be worked out with all parties.
