DOT Awards 2.4 Billion for High Speed Rail

The United States Department of Transportation awarded 2.4 billion for 54 projects to expand high speed rail across the country. This is great news as high speed rail is a great resource for inter-regional travel.
And yes this does include funding for Washington and Oregon.
