Washington Congestion Has Dropped
From WSDOT: http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/News/2010/11/24_2010CongestionReport.htm Fewer delays and less congestion due to completed road projects and the recession. Almost one hour less congestion as compared to 2007. I noticed this myself where the drive from Fife to Redmond used to take about 90 minutes, but had dropped to 60 minutes after the recession started. WSDOT Says 520 Tolls Will Reduce Traffic; DIdn’t Work on the Bay Bridge
