Washington Congestion Has Dropped

Fewer delays and less congestion due to completed road projects and the recession. Almost one hour less congestion as compared to 2007.
I noticed this myself where the drive from Fife to Redmond used to take about 90 minutes, but had dropped to 60 minutes after the recession started.
