Sound Transit will pay $296,500 for easements to dig under 3 Seattle parks: Cal Anderson, Volunteer and Interlaken.
Interesting, since there are in theory no property rights underground in the United States, although I seem to remember some country in the East that had property rights to the center of the earth, causing a tunneling project to follow an existing highway.
