Group Wants to Build the Uptown Triangle

A group wants to redevelop the area just South of the Seattle Center into a new sustainable neighborhood after the completion of the Alaskan Way Tunnel.
Not a bad idea as the are now is, well, kinda seedy, and cut off by the exit of the Battery Street Tunnel from the current viaduct.
