$5 Good to Go Tags Will Charge You on SR 167
From The Seattle Times:

The cheapest, and most available Good to Go transponder tags can’t be disabled if you are a carpool and want to use the HOT lanes on SR 167. It is therefore recommended to purchase one of the more expensive transponders only available online or at the state’s service center.
Tho I wonder what ever happened to the shields used with the original tags.
(note: they don’t appear to work with the new tags)
