Bill Allows Private Vendors at Park and Rides

The bill would allow leases for private vendors at area park and rides. Money from the leases would be used for operations at the lots, and any extra would go to the states Multimodal Transportation Account.
This could be a good thing, as many park and rides have few or no services. Also, having a presence at the lots should deter crime.
However for park and rides already located near other services, it could create issues.
