First Lawsuit Against the Columbia River Crossing

A lawsuit has been filed alleging that a streamlined permitting process designed for light rail was used to plan the new Interstate 5 bridge over the Columbia River.
While it is important we all follow the law and hold everyone to task, it is also important to move this project ahead.
