I-5 Noise Reduction Project Not Working As Desired

A WSDOT project to try to reduce noise from the Interstate 5 ship canal bridge appears to not be working. A small decrease in noise was seen but barely enough to count.
This is unfortunate. I-5 carries a lot of traffic and will only carry more after the SR 520 bridge is rebuilt. Hopefully some kind of solution can be found for the local residents.
