University Link Tunnels Under Interstate 5

One of the two tunnels from the Capitol Hill Station on the University Link line has been completed, tunneling under Interstate 5 in Downtown Seattle.
This is great news. Extending the current Link line should be a top priority. Extending the line to Capitol Hill and the University of Washington will add many more riders.
