I-5 Widening Plan in the Rose Quarter

From The Oregonian: http://www.oregonlive.com/portland/index.ssf/2012/08/i-5_widening_project_and_rose.html This plan would add lids and lanes between I-84 and I-405, however it is very controversial. Seeing how crowed Interstate 5 is in Downtown Portland something needs to be done. Ben

Columbia River Crossing Design Abandoned

From KOMO-TV: http://www.komonews.com/news/local/115299384.html The current plan for the bridge to carry I-5 and light rail over the Columbia River has been abandoned due to cost.
